A prayer for truth

Heavenly Father,

We praise you today for your great power and love. We come to you today asking for your comfort, healing, and for truth to be upheld in this country.

Lord, help us to strive for truth in all that we do. That our actions, thoughts, and words may reflect You and Your goodness. Help us to live honestly and share truth with others today - to those who are lost, lonely, brokenhearted, scared, and weary.

Despite the difficulties we are facing, we pray that You would bring good out of evil. We pray that the lies being spread throughout this country will be used to bring many people to faith in Christ Jesus and to believe in the eternal truth of Your Word.

We are desperate for Your intercession. We love you. Amen.
